Summary:According to diverse studies, reflected multiple benefits in performance, motivation and job satisfaction increasing by the organization employees are strongly linked to a non-economic remuneration, better known as “emotional salary”. For this purpose, this research aims to present the results of an international sources literature review on the benefits of its implementation. Results show performance, productivity, proactivity, efficiency and engagement of employees increasing towards the objectives achievement of the organization using that incentive.
