Riassunto: | Within the framework of Mexican regulations on transparency and anti-corruption, two large open databases have been institutionalized for the three levels of government, the National Transparency Platform (ntp) and the National Digital Platform (ndp). Despite the government efforts to integrate these open databases with information of general interest, no favorable impact is observed on the perception of corruption. This is why this document aims to identify the significance and operational challenges of the ntp and the ndp to establish itself as anti-corruption tools. In this sense it will be pertinent to carry out a documentary investigation, emphasizing the operational aspects, highlighting the viability of the use of artificial intelligence to assist the authorities in matters of administrative responsibility in the tasks of preventing, identifying and punishing offenses, administrative actions and acts of corruption, based on analyzing large amounts of publicly available data. |
