The objective of the research is to integrate and validate a survey that analyzes and relates the constructs of corporate culture and productivity, taking as a case study the servers of public collection agencies in the state of Guanajuato, Mexico. The research design was quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational in scope. Using as a data collection technique a questionnaire-type instrument with a self-administered Likert scale.
