Summary:Nowadays, the human factor has become relevant within the organization, human beings are individuals with different and unique characteristics that constitute the differentiating element, and the most important innovation in the organizational public field of the 21st century, to generate competitive advantage. Within organizational studies, "culture" is one of the paradigms to which few companies usually dedicate time, it is a little explored field and benefits if it is correctly applied and oriented. The objective of the research is to integrate and validate a survey that analyzes and relates the constructs of corporate culture and productivity, taking as a case study the servers of public collection agencies in the state of Guanajuato, Mexico. The research design was quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational in scope. Using as a data collection technique a questionnaire-type instrument with a self-administered Likert scale. The reliability and correlation analysis showed Cronbach's alpha levels and correlations considered to be high. Therefore, the instrument is considered reliable and has been validated for its application.
