Summary:The purpose of this research is intended to optimize the development of human talent,whose essential factor is to bring innovation to generate skills by opening new markets. The main objective is to determine how Human Talent Management contributes to creativity in Small and Medium Enterprises. A quantitative, descriptive,correlational with a non-experimental and transactional research design was conducted.The sample was composed by 349 SME participants from the province of Loja. The used questionnaire was constructed in three dimensions, consisting of 33 closed questions, using a five-option scale. Results were encouraging when testing Friedman’s Nonparametric Statistical Hypothesis. It concluded that, in correlations between dimensions and indicators, some differences were found and could be verified that those three Human Talent Management dimensions influence Creativity of SMEs in the province of Loja.
