| Summary: | The bibliographic review made to the reference work, allows to establish in a simple way the methodology used by the author to analyze and define in a concrete way the substantive topics that correspond to the various insurances that make up the mandatory regime contained in the current Social Security Law. in our Mexican legal system, clearly identifying for each of them, the access requirements, benefits in money and in kind, amounts of compensation or subsidies, well protected and the number of weeks of contribution necessary in some cases. In addition, the work in question is complemented by the latest reforms made to the Social Security Law, an aspect that distinguishes it as a work of study and updated analysis, aspects that allow it to be attributed as a support tool that facilitates the study of social security in our country. |
