Description
Summary:The objective of this research is to analyze the scholar satisfaction of Industrial Engineering career students at the National Technological Institute of Mexico Campus Coatzacoalcos, from the gender perspective; in the January-June 2022 period. The used instrument consists of ten dimensions to be measured, through a Likert scale, where 1 is totally dissatisfied and 5 totally satisfied, with a total of 93 items and a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.992. A non-probabilistic type sampling was determined with a convenience technique of 117 participants. A parametric test and a hypothesis check were performed through the Kolmogorov-Sminov Z and the Whitney Mann U tests. Main findings determine that there are no statistically significant differences in relation to gender on school satisfaction perception; that is, both men and women perceive school satisfaction in equal conditions.
