The methodology used was the comparison of the temperature between an urban zone and a rural one, through the analysis of the temperature parameter. This parameter was obtained from automated weather stations and by means of the computer program WeatherLink. The temperature data from five monitoring stations were obtained to get comparative graphics. The UHI values for the months of January and February were obtained, from June to September, and for summer and winter. The maximum intensity of the HUI is negative when the temperature from La Montada station (rural) is greater than the average of the urban ones. It is concluded that the HUI is shown in the city with a diurnal maximum value, on average of 6 °C approximately and a nocturnal maximum value, on average of 7 °C approximately.
