Summary:Business Sustainability is being increasingly promoted by companies, attending to social manifestations defending common benefit. Corporate social responsibility turns insufficient while its ecological ethical-cultural compromise remains separately configured from its operations. This study approaches the impact of Business Sustainability over Organizational Culture in meat and food product distributing businesses in Nuevo Casas Grandes, Chihuahua. A transectional correlationalcausal study was conducted in 15 of these businesses. Findings infer that businesses should focus and privilege relations with suppliers, as well with commercial communication policies for excellent attention to consumers and clients. It was concluded that is necessary a sustainable management and participative leadership, committed to continuous training in order to integrate intellectual and ethical capital that drive businesses to change processes based in Entrepreneurial  Social Responsibility and the accomplishment of social and environmental objectives.
