Description
Summary:The objective focuses on analyzing the implementation of two public policies for the rural sector in the new federal public administration, under the focus of the public policy cycle. From 2017 to 2019 a study was carried out in 24 communities in six states of the country, the results reflected the dispersion of resources in more than 100 programs; in the communities studied, the beneficiaries only received two or three of them. In the new six-year period, the lack of precise information on access to programs has been perceived. Public opinion does not perceive a design and planning of policies that specifically impact productive promotion; it continues and deepens in transfer policies and social assistance. It´s concluded that a similar scheme to the previous government continues in the definition, design and implementation of public policies for the field.
