Description
Summary:The objective of this research is to make a proposal for a capitalization scheme for financing the Mexican SME and compare it with alternatives that exist in the banking system. To this end, the subject of the financial problems of the SME is first developed, to later propose the methodology of this work that was developed under a descriptive approach applying the case method. Afterwards, the capitalization scheme that will help the SME to obtain resources is explained in a detailed manner. Finally, the benefits of the model are shown through a practical and empirical application, which shows how, on the one hand, it allows the SME capitalize and, on the other, have access to a source of financing less expensive than that offered in the market through commercial banking. The main result is that the proposed scheme turns out to be the least expensive and most accessible alternative for the SME.
