Summary:In this article, testimonies are being presented about teaching women in which symbolic representations about their professions and practice have created. They are union professors which their recent induction to the educative system not only has given them the opportunity for a better life, but also a hard transit into a structure beyond bureaucracy and hegemony, that also has represented two important shackles for professional and personal development which leads to repercussion for quality education.
