Summary:This article wants to give an account of different ideas put forward by Tomás Segovia along his trade of writer in essays, books of notes and interviews. Segovia did not develop a unitary and systematic thinking but, rather, it develops these ideas in different contexts, texts and pretexts, but these ideas end up always return to an ideology that gives a surprising cohesion in his work. In addition, many times, without saying so, hints at the literary and cultural tradition ascribes to that, and that permeates his entire work.
