Description
Summary:Taking into account the need to train students and professionals who are not anthropologists in the ethnographic work, multiple manuals have been published presenting this work as purely methodological, even as a well-intentioned example of qualitative approach; however when reviewing the concept offered in this literature I find that is an image that does not do comply with the complexity that Ethnography involves. Therefore, in this essay I display series of clarifications for display various aspects or faces showing the so-called Ethnography notes. Also, I include the challenge of conducting ethnographic research in more urban and contemporary spaces, an example being the case of Organizational Ethnography. To conclude, by adding a number of possible recommendations, highlighting a work framework the way I name it “Concentric Ethnography”, designed to young researchers interested in entering this field of knowledge to guide their investigations and who are not actually anthropologists.
